Vineyard Gazette Engagement Announcements Form
Engagement announcements should be submitted no earlier than one year
before the intended wedding date and no later than one month prior to
the date. Engagement announcements will only be published in the
newspaper once, and are published free of charge. An announcement
may be held until space is available.
Typed copy is required on all announcements. All articles will be
edited to conform to newspaper style. We do not publish photographs
of engaged couples.
Every announcement submitted must include a contact name and
telephone number, no announcement will be published until we have
called to confirm the information. Do not use abbreviations. Include
town and state on all address information.
