Vineyard Gazette Wedding Announcement Form

Wedding announcements will be published in the newspaper once on a space available basis, and are published free of charge. Typed copy is required on all announcements. All articles will be edited to conform to newspaper style.

Every announcement submitted must include a contact name and telephone number, no announcement will be published until we have called to confirm the information. Do not use abbreviations. Include town and state on all address information.

Photographs: Wedding photos should be prints of the bride and bridegroom on their wedding day. Include your name and address on the back of the submitted photograph for its return, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

If you email a photo, it must fit the following criteria: Any photo submitted to us for publication must be a minimum of 200 dpi. We prefer the photo be sent to us as a JPEG file (with the extension .jpg), or a TIFF file (extension .tif). We cannot accept a Web quality low-resolution (72 dpi) photo; the photo must be saved at 200 dpi or better. A headshot should be at least 2-1/2 inches wide and at least 200 dpi. A group shot should be at least 4 inches wide (if it is horizontal) or 6 inches deep (if it is vertical) and at least 200 dpi. We reserve the right to not publish photographs deemed to be poor quality.
